Tagliatelle with Shrimps and Cream


What you need:
  • 300 gr fresh tagliatelle
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 red chilli (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 ml fish stock
  • 200 gr cream
  • 300 gr San Marzano Tomato (halved)
  • 300 gr shrimps
  • basil (handful, chopped)
  • 50 gr Parmesan cheese
How to prepare it:
  1. Cook the tagliatelle for a few minutes.
  2. Heat the oil and cook the onion for 2 minutes, add the garlic and red chilli. Cook for another two minutes.
  3. Add the shrimps and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Slowly cook the white wine, fish stock, cream and tomatoes for ten minutes.
  5. Mix with the fresh basil, onion, garlic, chilli and shrimps.
  6. Bring to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  7. First on the plate the tagliatelle and then add the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  9. Serve with a glass of white wine.
