- 300 gr fresh tagliatelle
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
- 1 red chilli (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml white wine
- 100 ml fish stock
- 200 gr cream
- 300 gr San Marzano Tomato (halved)
- 300 gr shrimps
- basil (handful, chopped)
- 50 gr Parmesan cheese
- Cook the tagliatelle for a few minutes.
- Heat the oil and cook the onion for 2 minutes, add the garlic and red chilli. Cook for another two minutes.
- Add the shrimps and cook for 2 minutes.
- Slowly cook the white wine, fish stock, cream and tomatoes for ten minutes.
- Mix with the fresh basil, onion, garlic, chilli and shrimps.
- Bring to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- First on the plate the tagliatelle and then add the sauce.
- Sprinkle with the cheese.
- Serve with a glass of white wine.
