Cabbage - the Asian Way


What you need:
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 250-300 gram cabbage, sliced
  • 1 tsp currypowder
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanutbutter
  • 1dl vegetable stock
  • Some cornstarch
How to prepare it:
  1. Put a little bit of oil in a wok and heat the onion.
  2. Add the slices cabbage and cook it for 5 minutes with the onion.
  3. Then add the stock, peanut butter, currypowder and the sweet soy sauce.
  4. Stir well and steam it. The dish is finished when the cabbage is just soft. Bind the sauce in the end with some water and cornstarch. 
  5. You can eat it with rice and other side dishes.
