- 1 onion, sliced
- 250-300 gram cabbage, sliced
- 1 tsp currypowder
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp peanutbutter
- 1dl vegetable stock
- Some cornstarch
- Put a little bit of oil in a wok and heat the onion.
- Add the slices cabbage and cook it for 5 minutes with the onion.
- Then add the stock, peanut butter, currypowder and the sweet soy sauce.
- Stir well and steam it. The dish is finished when the cabbage is just soft. Bind the sauce in the end with some water and cornstarch.
- You can eat it with rice and other side dishes.
