Blueberry cake

This cake is made from Blueberries picked in the Czech mountainhills.

What you need

For the base 

  • 250 gr flour
  • 10 gr bakingpowder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 125 gr butter
  • 225 gr soft brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • blueberries   

For the crumble

  • 200 g flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 180 g sugar

How to prepare it

  1. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees.
  2. Fatten a bakingsheet with butter.
  3. Sive the flour, bakingpowder and cinnamon and put aside.
  4. Mix the butter and sugar in a large mixingbowl and make it to a smooth paste. Add the eggs one by one and mix until airy.
  5. Slowly add the milk until all the milk is mixed with the butter, sugar and eggs.
  6. Slowly add the flourmix to the bowl and mix on low speed. 
  7. Mix the crumble ingredients with your hands in a separate bowl. Mix until you have a good, losse crum.
  8. Put the dough in the bakingtray as a base for the blueberries.
  9. Spread the bleuberries evenly on the base. 
  10. Spread the crums on top.
  11. And bake it for about 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
  12. Delicious when still a bit warm!
