This cake is made from Blueberries picked in the Czech mountainhills.
What you need
For the base
- 250 gr flour
- 10 gr bakingpowder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 125 gr butter
- 225 gr soft brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml milk
- blueberries
For the crumble
- 200 g flour
- 120 g butter
- 180 g sugar
How to prepare it
- Preheat the oven at 170 degrees.
- Fatten a bakingsheet with butter.
- Sive the flour, bakingpowder and cinnamon and put aside.
- Mix the butter and sugar in a large mixingbowl and make it to a smooth paste. Add the eggs one by one and mix until airy.
- Slowly add the milk until all the milk is mixed with the butter, sugar and eggs.
- Slowly add the flourmix to the bowl and mix on low speed.
- Mix the crumble ingredients with your hands in a separate bowl. Mix until you have a good, losse crum.
- Put the dough in the bakingtray as a base for the blueberries.
- Spread the bleuberries evenly on the base.
- Spread the crums on top.
- And bake it for about 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Delicious when still a bit warm!
