What you need:
- 500 gr turkey
- 75 gr creamy cheese
- 30 gr dried apricots (diced)
- 30 wallnuts (crushed)
- 14 slices of bacon
How to prepare it:
- Preheat the oven on 200 degrees Celsius
- Slice the turkey in two pieces of 10 x 20 cm and put each one between foil and flatten them by a meatcrusher. You can also slash them with a heavy pan. Make them as thin as possible (about 3-4 mm).
- Mix the creamy cheese, dried apricots and wallnuts.
- Put 2 spoons of the mixture on the turkey and roll the slice.
- Cover the roll with the bacon. the bacon gives extra taste and keep th turkey from drying.
- Put the two rolls in the oven for about 20 minutes. Turn the rolls half way.
- Serve with potatoes.
