Here is a recipe how to use Bull Head Barbecue Sauce.
What you need:
- 1 kg chicken thighs
- 1/4 tsp garlic (powder)
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp five spice powder
- bit of salt
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- 2 tsp white wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp hoisin sauce
- 2,5 tbsp Bull Head BBQ Sauce
- wooden sticks
How to prepare it:
- Mix all the ingredients, except the chicken thighs
- Put the chicken in a freezer bag and add the marinade sauce
- Leave it in the refrigerator overnight to marinade
- Soak the wooden sticks for 1 hour to prevend them from burning or getting shattered
- Put the chicken on the sticks
- And barbecue for about 15 minutes on a hot fire.
- Then fry in hot oil for a few minutes
- And serve whil hot.
